Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on location, courier operations, and external factors beyond our control.
5. RISK OF LOSS
All products purchased from Kaalik.co are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for such products pass to you upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.
6. DELIVERY ISSUES
Kaalik.co shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by 3PL Partners, including but not limited to transit delays, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect address provided by the customer.
7. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete. Kaalik.co shall not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
8. UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
Kaalik.co shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver products due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or disruptions in logistics networks.
